How to become a member

Here at the Sunninghill Comrades Club, we welcome new members. Becoming a member of our club is easy and we would love to have you join our community.

The usual route to membership is through an introduction by two existing members. However, we do understand that this may not always be possible, particularly for those new to the area, and we are happy to arrange an introduction to the Club for those interested in joining.

To become a member of the Sunninghill Comrades Club, simply fill out an membership application form, or pop into the club and speak to a member staff.

When completing the application form, you will be asked to provide some basic information such as your name, contact details, and a bit about yourself. You will also be asked to provide the names of 2 existing members who are happy to recommend you for membership (please ensure you have permission). If you do not know any existing members, simple write ‘Comrades Club’ in the field. Once you have submitted your application form, our committee will review it and get back to you with the next steps.

For existing members, please see the prices below.  Renewals are dealt with at the club.

Costs of New Membership

Membership is from 1st January to 31st December.

Membership costs:

• Single Membership under 65 –  £27.50 plus £5 card admin fee (new applicants)
• Joint Membership under 65 – £35 plus £5 card admin fee (new applicants)
• Single Membership over 65 – £17.50, Joint £25 (no admin fee for seniors)

After 1st June half price membership fees, plus admin fees.

Membership renewals

Existing members are required to renew their membership annual.

Single – £27.50 Joint £35 (early payment incentive if renewal before 30th December)

Membership includes:

• Full Club Membership
• Access to all club amenities
• Includes member card
• Free Hall Hire
• 2 additional guests (£1 fee per person)
